Jake Alexander’s coaching style is supportive, practical, and focused on achieving long term results rather than quick fixes. He understands that every client is different, so each training approach is tailored to suit individual goals, experience levels, lifestyles, and fitness abilities. Jake is currently completing his fitness qualifications, having completed Certificate III and working toward graduating with his Certificate IV in Fitness in mid August 2026. As he continues building his experience in the fitness industry, he brings a strong coaching background and a genuine passion for helping people improve. With previous experience as a dive instructor and commercial skipper, Jake has spent years coaching people in high performance and high pressure environments. He brings that same calm, encouraging, and practical approach into fitness, helping people build confidence, improve technique, stay accountable, and make steady progress both inside and outside the gym.
