Annie Thorogood is a highly qualified personal trainer dedicated to helping women build strength, confidence, and sustainable results through structured, evidence based training. She holds a Certificate III and IV in Fitness, a Certificate II in Recreation and Sport, and Level 1 certification in Pregnancy and Post Natal training, allowing her to support a wide range of clients including pre and post natal women. Annie is also currently studying a Certificate IV in Nutrition, with nutrition coaching services coming soon to provide a more complete, results focused approach.

Offering both online and in person coaching, Annie specialises in women’s strength training, glute development, body recomposition, and technique refinement. Her programs are built around progressive overload, correct lifting mechanics, and long term consistency rather than quick fixes. She places strong emphasis on form, safety, and education so her clients understand how to train effectively and confidently on their own.

Through genuine accountability, structured programming, and an encouraging yet disciplined coaching style, Annie creates an environment where women feel supported while still being pushed to progress.
