Chase Paterson is a personal trainer and high performance rugby league athlete competing in the NSW Cup with the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs.
He holds a Certificate III in Fitness and is currently completing his Certificate IV in Fitness. Chase’s experience training and competing in elite rugby league allows him to bring professional standards, structure, and accountability into every program he delivers.
Chase specialises in strength and conditioning, athletic development, and body composition training. He works with athletes and everyday clients who want to train with purpose, build strength, improve performance, and develop consistency. His coaching style is disciplined, results focused, and tailored to each individual’s goals and lifestyle.
